Every Maha Pillow has an inner- and outer cover. The outer cover can be taken off and washed by hand or in the washing machine.
The Pillow is filled with buckwheat shells and unlike the foam filling from modern beanbags, this lasts for years and years. A Pillow is 90 centimeters in diameter.
A Maha Pillow is made to sit comfortable on the floor, either for meditation, or as a lifestyle pillow for us adults.
However, the real masters of floor sitting? Those are the kids. They intuitively know how to use the floor pillow and will beat an adult in floor movement every time.
